Exceptions to this are made if the Customer has violated the terms of this agreement or if the authority requests this with the support of Swedish legislation.
As a personal data assistant, Opti-X AB handles personal data in accordance with instructions from the Customer. Opti-X AB takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.<\/p>\n

1. What information do we collect?<\/h4>\n

We collect information from you when you order services or products via our webshop here on our website or contact us. This information includes what you are leaving at the time such as. name, company name, corporate identity number \/ social security number, telephone, email or similar.

In addition to this, our website automatically receives and saves information from your computer and browser such as. your IP address and the page \/ pages you visited with us.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Why do we collect this information?<\/h4>\n

2.1<\/b> To be able to administer and maintain customer relationships and our mission, e.g. in order to be able to start your order and handle billing information, we process<\/p>\n

We then cease to process the personal data, unless there is a legitimate reason that takes precedence over your rights.<\/p>\n

5. Emailing<\/span><\/h4>\n
