TERMS OF PURCHASE

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Each item is stated with price excluding VAT. In the shopping cart and checkout you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated at checkout depending on the chosen payment method. For payments through Klarna or PayPal, we recommend that you also read their terms and conditions before using them as a payment method on our website.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Your right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a significant part of it. If the agreement applies to a custom-made product - or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins to run on the day we have provided information.

You have no right of withdrawal if:

The service is started during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price is dependent on financial market fluctuations, for example a share, the product due to its nature can not be returned, the seal has been broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You must not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.


WARRANTIES AND SERVICE

If the product you have received has been defective, we will replace it after consultation with our customer service, of course at no extra cost. 
The defective product must be returned to us.

Services performed by our workshop such as engine and gearbox optimization, we always have a guarantee on the installation itself and any damage that may occur in connection with the optimization, mainly on the control box and control files. 

We can not offer any guarantee on remote optimizations as our technicians do not perform the installation itself but only optimize a file you sent to us when ordering. Should any problem occur during your installation of the remote optimization, our customer service is available to help fix the problem. But we can not guarantee that it will be resolved as it may be due to incorrect original file you sent. Should the problem not be resolved, we recommend restoring your vehicle with the original file.


DELIVERIES

We use PostNord, Schenker and DHL to deliver our products. Domestic delivery time is 2-3 working days. Abroad normally 5-8 working days. However, we cannot guarantee these delivery times. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. Uncollected packages

Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee.

RETURNS

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must,

in the case of an item: send or return it to us

in the case of a service: keep the material available to us, unless it causes inconvenience to you.

Repayment obligation:

We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the product as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days from the day we received the product or, if it is a service, the notification that you have regretted. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
